Her Story
About Enjoli
I've been in the nonprofit and church sectors for about 10 years, with ministry and leadership roles. As a consultant, I focus on streamlining processes, identifying broken workflows, and creating sustainable solutions through problem-solving and rapport-building with personnel and leadership. My most notable achievement is developing the Worship Pathway, a 120-day integration process for new praise and worship team members that helped someone feel welcomed and prepared. I completed my bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies focusing on organizational leadership and business after a 20-year break, proud to finish what I started while balancing life as a parent.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Enjoli
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the Lord, along with perseverance through challenges like lack of public acknowledgment, and the ability to pivot quickly when life changes unexpectedly. I've learned to adjust and keep moving rather than staying stuck.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is entering an already moving organization as a consultant and having hard conversations with CEOs and executive leadership about problems, especially when the issue involves them. I've had to increase my emotional intelligence to read people quickly and ensure solutions are well received.
