Her Interview
Ten minutes with Entela
01What do you attribute your success to?
I dedicate my success to my family, to my husband, that's all by my sides, in every single path I choose, so if it was not for them, I wouldn't have done anything else.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Doing everything you need, doing everything you want, so don't be afraid of achieving the accomplishment, don't be afraid of doing what you need to do.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to not be afraid of what they want to achieve, to do whatever they want, to be free, and to learn in school as much as they can, and to try to finish the college. If they choose chemistry or science, I would tell them to not be afraid, do the best of you.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
When I first started there were a few challenges, such as I didn't know how to teach, but I didn't know how to adapt teaching to my new students in class, and I had a few struggling students. So I had to teach and reteach a lesson so I can create an environment that was very comfortable for them.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value the hardworking, the communication, believe in their self.
