Her Interview
Ten minutes with Erica
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to my three daughters, who inspire me to lead by example. I want them to understand that when something needs to be fixed, they should take initiative and be part of the solution rather than waiting for someone else to step up.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women is to trust themselves, recognize their knowledge and abilities, and believe in their intelligence. Don't assume others are better or know more than you do. Be confident, take chances, and pursue opportunities without holding yourself back through self-doubt. Believe in yourself and go for it!
