Her Story
About Erica
Erica Burns has spent the past three years working in healthcare and behavioral health, specializing in recovery from addiction and drug and alcohol abuse. She recently interviewed for a position with another recovery organization while exploring opportunities in the arts, including acting, music, songwriting, singing, and writing. Erica earned a degree in theater, film, and media studies from a liberal arts college in Southern Maryland. She is SAG eligible and participates in a recovery program. In addition, Erica has performed to raise funds for people without access to treatment and has published an article in the Friends Journal about her journey.
