Her Story
About Erica
I spent six years in upper-level corporate roles before founding my own business three years ago. What inspired that transition was a clear and consistent gap I saw across every organization I worked with: a deep need for strategic leadership. In my corporate roles, I was able to make meaningful impact, but only within one company at a time. I knew I was called to do more.
I wanted to expand that impact beyond a single organization, to support not only large corporations, but also the underdogs: smaller businesses and emerging leaders who may not yet have access to strong strategic frameworks. My goal was to step outside the traditional model and become a partner to multiple CEOs, helping organizations build in ways that allow them to truly thrive.
My approach is rooted in both experience and understanding. I combine my corporate background with education in psychology and neuroscience to design people-centered structures that actually work. Traditional business training often focuses on systems and numbers, but businesses are built and sustained by people. When you understand how people think, lead, and operate, those systems become far more effective, and far more sustainable.
Today, I work with executive leaders and companies across a range of needs, from assisting them in managing million-dollar contracts, building hiring pipelines, strengthening retention strategies, reducing attrition to coaching executives on leadership development and emotional regulation. At the core of my work is clarity: casting vision, aligning teams, and creating structures that support both professional and personal long-term growth.
I also remain closely connected to the evolving needs of the market. Through travel, hands-on client work, and ongoing research, I’m constantly identifying new challenges and opportunities. My philosophy is simple: when a company succeeds, its people should succeed too. Growth should be shared, and when it is, everything moves forward together.

Ten minutes with Erica
01What do you attribute your success to?
At my core, I’m deeply rooted in my faith, and I attribute much of my journey to God and His guidance. There were moments that were incredibly challenging, especially navigating corporate spaces as a Black woman, where the path forward wasn’t always clear or easy. But I’ve seen doors open in ways I can’t fully explain, and I trust that those opportunities were intentional.
At the same time, I believe success is also about what you do when those doors open. I’ve made it a priority to walk into every opportunity with confidence, show up fully, and give my best in every role I’ve held. I’ve always been driven to make a meaningful impact in the spaces I’m part of, not just to be present, but to contribute.
That combination, faith, resilience, and a commitment to excellence, has shaped my path. Over time, it’s also built trust. People know they can rely on me to follow through, to lead with integrity, and to get the job done.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
"Never box yourself into one space. Learn everything that you can. Soak it all up. And the sky's literally the limit. Like, there's only a limitation that you put on yourself. So take the limitation off, and you can go wherever you want to go. Lastly, don't be afraid to pivot. Stay forever flexible, you never know what's on the other side of the pivot."
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
"Don't be intimidated if you don't see a blueprint. I always say this all the time - if you don't see a table for yourself, make the table. Don't wait to be invited to that table. Bring your own chair to the table if you have to."
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
We’re in a constantly evolving market, especially with the rise of AI, and it’s both exciting and demanding at the same time. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of staying a student. No matter how much experience you have, there’s always something new to learn, and approaching the work with humility keeps you sharp and adaptable.
The challenges are real. The pace of change means you’re often solving complex problems in real time; whether that’s navigating budget limitations, shifting priorities, or unexpected obstacles within organizations. Not every issue has a quick fix, and some of the most meaningful solutions require patience, strategy, and collaboration.
At the same time, that’s where the opportunity lives. As the landscape evolves, we’re able to bring real value to the companies we work with, helping them simplify processes, use AI more effectively, and ultimately create more space for what matters most. I love being able to introduce businesses to tools and systems they may not have considered before and watching that shift give them a competitive edge. It’s about helping people not just keep up, but move forward with confidence and clarity.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is foundational for me. I believe in being honorable in every space I step into and ensuring that my actions align with what I say. It’s not just about intention, it’s about how that integrity shows up in the way I work, the systems I build, and how I engage with others. Trust is earned through consistency in those moments.
That leads directly to my second core value: consistency. I believe in showing up the same way every time, reliable, prepared, and committed. Whether in business or in life, consistency builds credibility, and credibility is what allows people to truly depend on you.
