She is a strategic procurement and supply chain leader with over six years of experience driving cost optimization, contract governance, and vendor management across global manufacturing, defense, and corporate sectors. Currently serving as IT Sourcing Manager at Jewelers Mutual Group, she drives enterprise-level IT sourcing strategy for SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and development services, leading contract lifecycle governance, supplier risk management, and compliance frameworks to enable digital transformation. Prior to this role, she served as Procurement Category Manager at Neenah Foundry, where she led enterprise-wide procurement strategy with a focus on indirect spend optimization and policy development, partnering with executive leadership including the CIO, CFO, and VP General Counsel. Her experience also includes serving as Procurement Specialist at Kimberly-Clark, where she directed strategic sourcing for a $250M+ global packaging portfolio, delivering over $10M in cost savings and negotiating supply chain financing extensions generating $7M in working capital savings. She also held roles at Oshkosh Defense as Purchasing Specialist and at Neenah as Customer Service Analyst. She holds an MBA in Data Analytics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and a Bachelor's degree in Leadership Development and Organizational Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
