About Erika

Erika Chestnut is the Founder and full-time leadership coach at PowerHouse Professionals, where she expands a coaching practice centered on leadership development for women in technology. She is the developer of the POWER™ Framework and the architect of PowerHouse Women in Tech 101, an 8-week intensive program designed to equip technical women and ERGs with the tools to lead with undeniable presence, influence, and strategic clarity. Erika’s work focuses on translating high performance into visible impact, helping individuals and teams operate at full potential.

Her professional philosophy is grounded in empowering women in technical roles to ascend with power through Presence, Ownership, Worth, Execution, and Resilience. Erika believes in investing in people, creating psychologically safe environments, and using clarity as the guiding principle for career and business decisions. Through coaching, workshops, and executive mentoring, she helps leaders build confidence, strategic authority, and sustainable influence, fostering high-performing cultures and aligned leadership teams.

Erika’s career in technology spans nearly three decades, beginning as a self-taught developer and advancing into quality leadership and development roles. She led quality at Realtor.com for over two years and previously established a highly regarded quality team at Calendly. After approximately 28 years in tech, she transitioned to full-time coaching, leveraging her deep industry experience to guide women and organizations toward clarity, alignment, and measurable success.
