Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace hard work, actively build your network, and remain open to opportunities that come your way. I also believe it’s essential to recognize the impact your work can have on others’ lives and to approach your role with genuine care and commitment. When you value what you do and invest fully in it, both your growth and your contributions naturally flourish.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life center on service, community, and the arts. I am deeply committed to supporting others, which I demonstrate through my involvement with women’s shelters and a homeless children’s center. Additionally, as a board member for a professional contemporary ballet company, I strive to foster creativity, culture, and collaboration—principles that guide me in all aspects of my life.
