In addition, earning my MBA from Concordia University has provided me with a solid strategic and leadership foundation, enabling me to approach challenges with both practical insight and academic rigor.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep going—stay persistent, remain focused, and continue moving forward even when challenges arise.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating the shifting landscape of the automotive industry, particularly with the growing emphasis on electric vehicles. At the same time, this shift allows me to explore new strategies, educate customers, and adapt our sales approach to meet evolving market demands.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are flexibility and building strong relationships. Being adaptable allows me to navigate changing circumstances with confidence and creativity, while prioritizing meaningful connections—especially with customers—ensures trust, loyalty, and long-term success.
