Her Interview
Ten minutes with Erna
01What do you attribute your success to?
It's based on that, that I know I can do it. I gave birth to 9 children. I wanted to be a doctor since I was young, and I focused on all the steps to achieve that. Continue to dream big, and create the life you love, and love the life you live.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be connected with your true identity, and that is that you're a child of God with immense, tremendous potential and access to power and knowledge through God the Father. Wake up grateful that I am who I am, and I have access to much power and knowledge so I can bless others.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You focus on what you want, and you achieve it. Like anything else in life, you have a focus on a target, you'll hit it. You have a destination, you drive towards that destination with true laser focus, you'll hit it. Whatever you seek, and whatever your heart desires and focus on, you'll achieve.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Setting up a premier holistic wellness center as an example for the rest of the world. The challenge is whether there'll be those who try to stop us, and the opportunity is to enlist their help, convince them or persuade them that joining us is better than fighting us.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
You utilize your gifts and talents to bless not only yourself, but others. This world is better because we care about one another and help and support one another. That's the greatest value I have, that we have love, and caring, and sharing. The true Christ-like attributes. A love and a commitment to do your best and help others to achieve their best.
