I recently started AI Guild, a community bridging experimental and enterprise AI. My background is in computer science engineering, and I am passionate about data patterns, forecasting, and AI solutions.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Eshaa

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to perseverance, resilience, and lessons from being an immigrant facing culture shock, homesickness, and moving across states. Those obstacles made me a better person and pushed me to be a better version of myself.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be agile enough to adapt to new technologies and projects. Do not stick to one mindset. Things change every day, so be adaptable, keep up with industry trends, and maintain ambition and hunger without limiting yourself.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Come in with a growth mindset. The field has limitless opportunities. Get your foot in the door, continue even if not perfect because networking opens doors. Your network creates your net worth.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The gap between what organizations think can be achieved through AI and actual enterprise adoption. Clients want AI solutions to check a box but delivery often lacks tangible results. Challenge is moving from experimentation phase to production-ready phase.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Being emotionally resilient and mastering emotional regulation. Show up even on bad days without letting smaller things take a toll. Have the best intentions, chase excellence and impact rather than just money or profits. Focus on creating impact for larger society.
