Her Story
About Eshe
I feel like life coaching has been my purpose for a very long time, and I've just kind of been running from it. I'm a woman based on faith, so I feel like now I finally answered the call. It's scary and nerve-wracking, but I think in doing it for so many of my friends and people in my life already, I was at a crossroad - do I want to continue down the path of working for someone else and being unhappy, or do I want to finally bet on myself and put the same work ethic into what I've done in all of my professional roles for my own business? That's where I stand now - bet on me, and really pursue the things of your heart, and bring it to life. Professionally, I've always been in the field of service. I started my career in retail as a retail manager, then moved up into real estate where I was a real estate agent in New York City, helping people bring their dreams to life. That's how I got into property management, which again is a field of service. I really have a heart of serving - I love seeing people grow, I love seeing people develop, and I love seeing people realize their potential. That's kind of a fusion of how it all came together, not so much my degree from college, but just what I've been doing in my life and career.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Really understand your value. I think it starts with understanding your value and what you have to offer the world - it's that missing piece of the puzzle. Whenever you're looking at the puzzle, and you're like, why is this puzzle incomplete? It's because you're not a part of it. You just have to really see your value and know that you are a part of this great environment. I know it's a crazy world right now, but you have something to offer into the world that we live in right now, so don't let the imposter syndrome and the quiet whispers of fear take you away from completing the puzzle.
