Her Story
About Esmeralda
Esmeralda Baez is a public relations and media professional with over 10 years of experience in the wellness and media space. Her interest in wellness stems from personal health challenges including hypertension and family experiences with cancer, leading her to focus on meditation, sound work, breathwork, and movement as medicine, particularly during the pandemic. In media, her passion for music, sports, and lifestyle drives her commitment to helping others achieve their dreams. She began her career in 2016 styling for pageants and New York Fashion Week before entering PR through a network opportunity. In 2019, she founded Elite Vision Media in New York to work with clients in the Spanish-Latin market seeking mainstream crossovers. A college dropout, Baez emphasizes values of integrity, authenticity, and impact in her work. She is president of the nonprofit Care by Bias, which focuses on mental health awareness for children and wellness, and she has joined the United Nations. She holds memberships in the Mental Health Foundation, Recording Academy, For the Culture, Parlors Club Ambassador Circle, Pacific Rim Business Council, Brain Aneurysm Foundation, and UNICEF.
