Her Interview

Ten minutes with Esti

01What do you attribute your success to?

I learned to adjust myself to every transaction, so there are no two transactions the same. I keep my values which I've mentioned before, carry on every transaction no matter what it is. I always look at my client's best interest first. I believe in always being prepared. I treat people with respect. I never compromise my values. I like to listen before I advise.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't chase the commission, chase the relationship. So when you're helping people achieve their goals, the business will follow. You can only control what you can control, which is your work ethics, your attitude, and your appropriation.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Listen before you advise, educate before you sell, and negotiate as if every transaction is my own.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Interest rates have been high. Educating clients, probably buyers, how their decision to buy now or to wait will affect them. Changing market, you really need to know how to help clients navigate market changes. Many buyers are discouraged. Rising interest rates just changed affordability and require different strategic approach. With my background I'm very outside of the box, able to find creative solutions to help them overcome the affordability challenge. My connections with top-notch lenders. My knowledge, I really take the time to educate myself on the different programs available.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, kindness, humility, resilience, honesty, and excellence. That's part of my logo, Real Estate Excellence.
