Ethel Patkotak

Attorney and corporate leader with extensive experience in law, governance, and executive management. Served as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Olgoonik Corporation, and held leadership roles on the board of Silakkuagvik Communications, Inc. DBA KBRW. Practiced law as an Attorney & Counsellor-at-Law, including service as the first female Inupiaq bilingual attorney to argue consecutive cases before the Alaska Supreme Court. Held multiple municipal legal positions with the North Slope Borough, including Borough Attorney, Assistant Borough Attorney, and Advisor to the Mayor, managing municipal law, environmental and administrative matters, and community governance.
