Eugenia Archetti, MBA, MSMR, is a seasoned leader in research, insights, and analytics with more than 15 years of experience driving data-informed strategies across healthcare, financial services, retail, consumer goods, technology, and telecommunications. She is recognized for building innovative research programs that blend traditional methodologies with UX and advanced analytics to shape brand positioning, product development, and customer engagement. Eugenia has led multimillion-dollar research portfolios and collaborated with Fortune 500 companies and global organizations, bringing the voice of the customer to the center of strategic decision-making.
Her award-winning work has earned industry recognition, including two ARF David Ogilvy Gold Awards: the 2015 Travel & Leisure category for the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF) campaign, and the 2012 Multicultural Gold in Telecom for the Verizon FiOS Enciéndete campaign, which also received the prestigious Best in Class Award. In both campaigns, Eugenia authored the case studies, led research, and contributed to the strategic foundations that made them successful. Beyond her corporate accomplishments, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Master of Science in Marketing Research program at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she has held leadership roles as Academic Chair and Professional Development Chair, helping shape the next generation of marketing research professionals.
Fluent in English with working proficiency in French, Eugenia is also a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, reflecting her commitment to balance, wellness, and continuous growth. A proud graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned both her MBA and Master’s in Marketing Research, she combines analytical rigor with creativity and collaboration. Today, as Senior Manager of Customer & Market Insights at Owens & Minor, Eugenia continues to mentor, innovate, and champion multicultural insights, diversity, and customer-centric strategies that drive meaningful impact for brands and the communities they serve.
