Her Story
About Eugenia
I work one-on-one with clients, focusing all my sessions in the first part of the day, usually by 1 PM, which is my most productive time. When we do hypnosis in the beginning of the day, it gives clients a very relaxed condition and makes for a very easy day. The rest of my day I handle marketing, emails, and other business routines. I'm also a mom of two toddlers, ages 3 and 5, so I finish my work around 3-4 PM at the latest to be fully present with my family. My kids are in daycare during the day, which allows me to be super productive, and when I pick them up, the rest of the day is fully family time - no work, no business, nothing, just family time. I truly love what I do and I truly love people. I love providing value and helping people change for better and transform their lives. This is my biggest motivation - my main reason for doing things. When you are at service, you don't think about yourself or negativity. You're constantly in love. You see people, you think about them, and this is amazing. I think we're all here on this planet just to provide service and help others and give value.

Ten minutes with Eugenia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I truly love what I do. I truly love people and providing value and helping people change for better and transform their lives. This is my biggest motivation - it's my main reason for doing things. When you are at service, you don't think about yourself, you don't think about some negativity. You're constantly in love. You see people, you think about them, and this is amazing. I think we're all here on this planet just to provide service and help others and give value. The main thing is just don't stop, just keep doing that, no matter how fearful it is. I'm a life coach, so I know what's going on in my mind and I know how to use my thoughts. Even if there is something difficult, I can see clearly from aside what it is, and right away it's not about blocks or obstacles, it's just a matter of experiencing those uncomfortable emotions and keep doing that.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Recently, the best advice I received was about prospecting - I have to tell more people what I do. I have to go out there and tell more people what I'm doing, what I'm capable of, what service I'm providing. Just go out there and tell people. This has been a big thing for me because I'm not a big fan of social media, even though I know it's a big part of business right now. When you're busy with your clients and family, you kind of want to be in the process, but marketing is such a big part of business. My coach told me I have to tell about what I'm doing, I have to go out there - it doesn't matter how - cold DMs on LinkedIn, different networking events, anything. But just go out there and tell what you do.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say don't let yourself and others dim your light. I want everybody to see how infinite possibilities and how incredible life we are living right now. I just wish everybody to feel that size of this beautiful life and planet where we are. And just truly love their life, truly fully experience this life. I also want to say that even though I mostly work with men, I really love to work with women, and I see what results we can create when we're united, when we support each other, when we help each other. I have my friends, I have my coaches who are women who coach me. And I see the power that we have when we are together.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is going out there and starting conversations with people - doing prospecting, finding new clients, going out there and telling people what I do and how I can be helpful. The biggest opportunity is helping as much people as possible. It's my goal. There's a tremendous opportunity right now because our industry is growing, it's known, it's visible compared to what we had even 15 or 20 years ago. People now know what it is to have a coach. Hypnotherapy is getting even more known and acceptable, because there were a lot of misconceptions around this. Our brain is an incredible mechanism, and when you know how to work with that, how to change it through my approach of hypnotherapy and life coaching, your life is limitless. Your possibilities are limitless. We usually just block ourselves by fears and uncomfortable feelings, trying all the time to be happy and comfortable. But when you know how to change that, the entire universe is yours.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honoring my words is most important to me - I mean by that just to do and implement what I scheduled for myself, what I said I would do. I have to do that. I honor and respect myself and my words. I try very often to live by the rule that if you think about something, go and do it right away, as much as it's possible. To be honest is a big one to me. I think my big strength is to be very honest, always. Also, because I'm a Slavic woman, my mentality is very visible sometimes by my direct and straightforward conversation. I like to work with men because I don't BS them - I'm saying what I see, I'm saying exactly what I think and what I know. I think honesty is very important. I think to be honest generally in life is a big strength. When you can say the truth, it gives you so much power.
