About Euriel
Euriel Isioma Hemmerly is the founder of Royal Landmark groups in Marietta, Georgia, where she oversees real estate development, construction, and property management. Born in West Africa, she moved to Atlanta more than 28 years ago and began her career in construction by accompanying her father, an electrical engineer, on site visits from a young age. After obtaining her real estate license, she expanded into property development and partnered with her architect husband and licensed son to create a comprehensive real estate operation. Hemmerly is currently enrolled in Harvard's Master Real Estate Development program and aspires to study real estate law to better navigate policy and development issues. In addition to her real estate endeavors, she owns The Loft gallery in Marietta, which was named the best gallery in Cobb County, and she has run twice for Georgia State Senate while authoring the book The Energy in Politics. Passionate about empowering women, Hemmerly actively mentors young women and encourages greater female participation across all aspects of real estate and construction.
