Her Story

About Eva

Before I even do anything, I connect with my inner being and start in alignment and presence before I even start my day. Then I go into how can I serve today in the highest way that I can. I onboard volunteers, support our aligned partnerships that we have with several partners that we like to create with, and we have summits that come up. I support our Interway Book Club, and we have our Global Oneness Summit coming up, which is the biggest event of the year - a completely free online event for anyone to attend. It's a three-day summit where we have speakers like Greg Braden, Dr. Sue Mortar, Marcie Schaeff, Christy Whitman, and Suzanne Giesemann sharing their message with the world. I've been serving in nonprofits for 10 years, and I've been with my current organization for a little over 2 years. My most notable achievement has been onboarding 100-plus volunteers from all around the world for our translation project, meeting with every one of them over Zoom and connecting with them personally. Our mission is to make conscious living prevalent in the world by 2040 - we're making that the planetary norm, living conscious lives versus unconscious lives.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Eva

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say my personal growth and spiritual growth, learning about me and myself, how to live in this world. Finding humanity's team and community is so important too - community has been essential to my success.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to be consistent in what you do. Whatever things that you're working towards, be consistent.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say authenticity - to be unique. You have your own voice that you can express things, and only you can. People feel that energy. Being uniquely you is so important because nobody else is gonna be you. This has been a big theme in my life. I wanted to feel safe to be myself. I didn't feel safe to be heard or seen, so I've had to overcome these challenges. My message to young women is to be your most authentic self.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is to be more visible and to get the word out more about what we do and who we are as an organization. We're a nonprofit, so the challenge is to have more people know about us, what we do, and what we offer. But we see a challenge as an opportunity - perspective changes everything. It's an opportunity to put ourselves out and share more of the message with the world, because we want to uplift the world. We're hoping to have a planet that flourishes and everybody is thriving. We are all gonna win. We're making progress through ads on Facebook, free programs and free events, and connecting with people through community.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I would say alignment is most important for me - mind-body-spirit alignment. Number two is authenticity, to be my most authentic self. I share that message with people: to be uniquely you, because nobody else is gonna be you. That's been such a big story for me. I wanted to feel safe to be myself. I didn't feel safe to be heard or seen, so I've had to overcome these challenges. And appreciation - what you appreciate, appreciates. So focus on things that you appreciate, and you can just see more to appreciate. I like to call those my three A's: alignment, authenticity, and appreciation.
