Her Interview
Ten minutes with Evelina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to phenomenal female leaders who believed in me throughout my career and inspired me to become a mentor and role model for others.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep working really hard and believing in yourself. Don't be afraid. It's an intimidating field especially for a young female with many male surgeons and doctors, so you have to work a little harder to gain trust and be honest. Put in the work - show up early and be prepared.
