03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in yourself and trust that success is possible. Persistence and dedication will take you farther than you may realize.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in healthcare today is developing strong leaders while maintaining operational excellence and adapting to the evolving needs of patients. At the same time, I believe one of the greatest opportunities lies in investing in people—building strong teams, creating effective systems, and developing future leaders who can make a meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my professional and personal life are transparency and integrity. I believe in being honest, accountable, and authentic in my actions, and I strive to build trust through open communication and doing what is right, even when it is difficult.
