Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my unwavering call to ministry and my commitment to meeting people exactly where they are. My journey began in 1985 teaching Sunday school, and in 2006, my husband and I co-founded our church in North Carolina with a mission centered on empowerment. Over the years, I noticed so many in our community working in jobs that didn’t align with their education or passions, leaving them feeling unfulfilled. Motivated by a deep desire to serve the underserved, we dedicated ourselves to supporting these individuals—strengthening their faith, encouraging them, and celebrating each promotion and milestone along the way.

Whether I am leading Bible studies, visiting nursing homes, or raising my four children, my greatest joy comes from witnessing lives transformed. I believe that small acts of guidance, encouragement, and care can create lasting change in someone’s life.

Now, with a new podcast on the horizon, I am excited to expand my reach and share a message of hope, empowerment, and encouragement with even more people. My mission remains the same: to inspire others to realize their potential and embrace the life they were meant to lead.
