About Eviana
Eviana is a product development and project management leader with over a decade of experience in the consumer products industry. Currently serving as Associate Director at Jazwares, she oversees both hard and soft goods development, managing high-profile partnerships with major brands like Warner Bros., Disney, and Universal. She bridges the gap between creative design and international manufacturing—partnering closely with Asia-based teams to steer concepts through costing, quality control, safety testing, and packaging.
A defining moment in her career was leading the 2019 Fortnite product brand launch, successfully transforming digital video game assets into physical action figures and playsets on retail shelves in an unprecedented four months.
Eviana holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Florida International University and an Associate of Science from Santa Fe College.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My strength is communicating with clarity and context. I don't just hand off a list of tasks; I connect the action items to the underlying business goal. Keeping instructions simple while providing the 'why' ensures our cross-functional teams stay aligned and move with urgency.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I think the best career advice I've ever received is to not second-guess your capabilities…you know more than you think most of the time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The best advice I’d give to women entering my industry is not to be afraid. Don't hesitate to speak up in meetings, raise concerns, or question the status quo. Often, it just takes one person to pause and say, 'Before we move forward, let's make sure we've covered all our bases and are fully aligned to prevent future gaps.'
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There are always incredible opportunities to keep creating and expanding toy lines. However, the unique challenge with massive IPs like Squishmallows is avoiding market oversaturation. At Jazwares, we’re intentional about how we develop and place product, while simultaneously partnering closely with our retailers and licensors on new shelf opportunities. It’s a constant balancing act of driving growth without tipping the scales.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
For me, the most important thing is knowing I’m putting my best foot forward. Whether it’s a major project, my career, or my personal life, as long as I know I gave it my maximum effort and can walk away feeling satisfied with the outcome, that’s what matters most.
