Beginning with startups and numerous mergers and acquisitions, she advanced to her current role as Customer Success Manager for CCA, Cannabis Credit Association, supporting AR managers and CFOs across the industry. Montoya is known for her ability to integrate teams, particularly bridging sales and AR departments, drawing on her strong communication skills and passion for customer relationships. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep being yourself and authentic. It's okay to be nice and professional, stand your ground and speak up for yourself. Be true to yourself and keep going, even if it means you might get fired. Persistence and tenacity are key.
