She began her U.S. career in the mortgage industry after moving from Italy in 2013, leveraging over a decade of financial expertise to guide clients through complex transactions. In 2022, when her mortgage company closed, Fabiana transitioned into real estate, initially working as a transaction coordinator before quickly becoming a licensed agent. Her personal experience relocating from Italy inspires her to help clients—especially those moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth area—navigate their transitions smoothly and confidently.

I attribute my success to being humble and treating business in a relationship manner versus being transactional.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to find my own strength. I’ve learned that understanding and leveraging my unique abilities not only builds confidence but also allows me to navigate challenges with resilience and make meaningful contributions in my work. This guidance has shaped the way I approach opportunities, empowering me to grow both personally and professionally while staying true to my values.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Encourages women to stop comparing themselves to others and to discover and develop their own strengths — that personal strengths, not imitation, create sustainable success.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is ensuring that information is interpreted and used in the correct context. Accurate understanding is critical, as misrepresentation or misapplication can lead to poor decisions and unintended consequences. At the same time, this challenge presents an opportunity to establish best practices, promote clarity, and guide others in applying information responsibly and effectively.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are transparency and ownership. I believe in being open and honest in all interactions, while taking full responsibility for my actions and decisions. These principles guide how I build trust, solve problems, and maintain integrity in every aspect of my life.
