About Fabiola
Fabiola Rodrigues is a hair stylist and the owner of Abby Hair Studio in Orlando, Florida. She entered the beauty industry at a young age and has been professionally active since graduating from Marinello Beauty School in 2015. Rodrigues specializes in color services and extensions, and she opened her own studio after relocating from Los Angeles, California. She has pursued additional certifications in her areas of focus. In addition to her business, Rodrigues has volunteered by cutting hair at a local high school to support wig creation for the Cancer Society. She credits her success to her children, family, and loyal clients who trust her work. Rodrigues values integrity, honesty, and approaching all tasks with love while prioritizing family.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My kids, my family, and my clients. They keep coming back and trust me. Without them, the business would not exist.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have the determination to do it, and trust in themselves, believe in themselves, don't give up. Just keep working to get better every day in what you're doing, and be the best at it as you can.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, honesty, truthful, and love. Family values, family first. Everything that you do with love.
