Fae Esparza

Fae is the founder of Start Solutions AI, an AI search and visibility practice helping businesses understand how platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity recognize, describe, and recommend them. Her approach begins with measurement rather than assumption—identifying visibility gaps, addressing them, and continuously monitoring how AI platforms evolve.

Her work sits at the intersection of AI, automation, business operations, and strategy. At IMS Funding, Fae works with real estate investors on DSCR and non-QM financing while managing broker relationships and guiding loans through closing. She also built an AI-powered lead pipeline using the Claude API to qualify inbound leads, create tagged CRM contacts, and route prospects to the appropriate broker. Her technical work includes a DSCR calculator and lead-generation system built with Claude API, GoHighLevel, Microsoft 365 and Graph API, React, TypeScript, and Supabase.

Previously, Fae founded Start Solutions REI, a real estate investment platform that became a hands-on laboratory for applying AI and automation to small-business operations. She built lead pipelines, CRM workflows, contact routing, nurturing systems, and automated email sequences designed to improve efficiency and reduce operational leakage.

Fae also spent three years at Microsoft as a Senior Support Engineer and Operations Manager, serving as the customer-facing lead for DAX Copilot, Microsoft's AI clinical documentation product. Working directly with clinicians, she translated customer feedback into product improvements and helped move accounts from low satisfaction to high satisfaction.

Earlier in her career, Fae spent four years at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Manager of Practice Operations and Program Manager, overseeing operations across multiple surgical divisions. In 2016, she built her first automation system and led the development of an electronic intake process that gave leadership real-time visibility into demand and enabled more data-driven operational decisions.
