Fae Esparza is the Founder of Start Solutions AI, an AI search and visibility practice focused on helping businesses understand and improve how artificial intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity recognize, describe, and recommend their brands. Her approach centers on measurement, ongoing monitoring, and identifying gaps in AI-generated visibility rather than relying on assumptions. By evaluating how businesses are represented across evolving AI platforms, Esparza helps organizations develop practical strategies to strengthen their digital presence and remain competitive as AI-driven search continues to transform how customers discover information.

Esparza also brings extensive experience in real estate finance, AI development, and business operations. As an Account Manager at IMS Funding, she works with real estate investors on DSCR and non-QM financing, guiding clients through lending options and managing broker relationships throughout the closing process. She also developed an AI-powered lead pipeline using the Claude API to analyze and qualify inbound leads, create CRM contacts, and route prospects to the appropriate broker. In addition, she built a DSCR calculator as a lead-generation tool using Claude API, GoHighLevel, Microsoft 365 and Graph API, React, TypeScript, and Supabase. Previously, as Founder of Start Solutions REI, she built automated lead-generation, CRM, and email-nurturing systems while exploring practical applications of AI within small-business operations.

Earlier in her career, Esparza spent three years at Microsoft as a Senior Support Engineer and Operations Manager, serving as the customer-facing lead for DAX Copilot, Microsoft's AI-powered clinical documentation product. She worked closely with clinicians to translate customer feedback into product improvements while helping organizations achieve stronger adoption and satisfaction. Before Microsoft, she spent four years at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Manager of Practice Operations and Program Manager, overseeing operations across multiple surgical divisions. In 2016, she designed and implemented an electronic intake process that provided leadership with real-time visibility into demand and supported data-driven operational decisions. Across AI, healthcare operations, real estate finance, and business strategy, Esparza's career reflects a consistent ability to identify leverage points, build practical solutions, and measure results.
