01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in your abilities and don't be afraid to pursue challenges or take on technical roles. Build a strong technical foundation, gain hands-on experience through projects and internships, and continuously learn new technologies. Find a mentor for support and guidance. You don't have to know everything - just master one thing at a time.
