Faith Dorio

I'm currently working as a consultant for Abbott as an INR trainer, after spending over 40 years in surgical services leadership. I previously served as the Senior Director of Perioperative Services at Bay Health in Delaware, where they had moved me before organizational changes affected my position. Throughout my career, I've built extensive experience as a surgical services leader, which continues to generate job offers even now. I'm at a point in my career where I'm evaluating whether to continue in the demanding world of surgical services with all its politics, or transition to semi-retirement and part-time consulting work. I have grandkids and family in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and I'm considering what balance I want in this next phase of my life after a long and successful career.
