Her professional journey reflects both resilience and a deep commitment to healthcare excellence, as she continues to lead within complex ambulatory care environments across medical office buildings.
Faith’s expertise centers on overseeing ambulatory care services, with a strong focus on leadership within labor management environments, healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and patient safety systems. She is also highly skilled in audit and analytical work, as well as in developing, coordinating, and delivering educational programs for clinical and operational staff. Known for her ability to bridge the gap between frontline teams and executive leadership, Faith brings clarity to complex challenges and creates structured, actionable solutions that support both patient outcomes and organizational goals. Her leadership perspective is shaped by practical experience and aligns with insights often championed by thought leaders like John C. Maxwell and Adam Grant, particularly in fostering psychological safety and transparent communication.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I really attribute my success to my why, always having a why. Why am I doing what I'm doing today? What's my why? Whether it's growth, whether it's learning, whether it is giving back. So, it's my why, always having a why. I started my career at the lowest level in the organization and have never missed a step, and what I have learned through that journey is to always find my why. I always ask myself, what's my purpose? Because that's my why, and that really helps and has helped me be where I am.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Find something that gives you purpose. Even in your leadership, what I tell all my mentees is, we have to serve, even in our role, or find something that gives you purpose, that you can actually be able to serve others and share. In every role that I have taken, if I lose the purpose, I lose my why. I always ask myself, what's my purpose? Because that's my why, and that really has helped me be where I am. I started my career at the lowest level in the organization and have never missed a step. What I have learned through that journey is to always find my why. Always find your why. The simple answer is: find your why.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The value that I really, really hold dear to my work and personal life is just being a person of integrity. Being a person of integrity and just being a good human in everything that I do. That whole human connection is so super powerful to me, both in my personal life and in my career. I believe in never compromising on integrity and always maintaining that human connection, because at the end of the day, it's about being a good human in everything that I do.
