Her Story
About Faith
Faith Kriedman is entering the life insurance field as an agent with Globe Life, where she will begin one-on-one training and shadowing. Her background includes extensive work in home healthcare, supported by her DODD certification, which allows her to assist individuals in need. She previously ran her own business as a certified janitor through Goodwill, combining that training with her home healthcare credentials. Faith completed her high school diploma online over a four-and-a-half-month period while managing multiple jobs. She draws inspiration from her desire to help others, influenced by her own experiences and her child, and values transparency and self-care, as highlighted by career advice received in 2016 emphasizing the importance of prioritizing personal well-being before supporting family, job, or clients.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Faith
01What do you attribute your success to?
I contribute my success to the people I'm willing to listen to, the people that are willing to make sure I understand, and my child. If it wasn't for my kid, I don't think I would have pushed so hard. I wanted to help people before, but I didn't realize how much help I actually needed. So now I want her to see that even if you're struggling, there's still a way to succeed.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
In 2016, after being in the mental hospital for two weeks, my boss told me: 'I'm never going to fire you for that. How do I expect you to take care of everything here if you don't take care of you first?' That's the best advice I've ever received. You have to take care of yourself first before you can take care of your family, job, or clients.
