About Faith
Faith KuloloiaJuan serves as the General Manager of an Omakase on the Milwaukee Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. She entered the food and beverage industry around 2007 or 2008 after beginning her career path with an associate's degree in teaching focused on early childhood education, which she completed in 2009. Although she initially pursued certification as a teacher, Faith discovered her passion for hospitality while working as a hostess with Wolfgang Puck in Las Vegas and went on to gain experience with notable establishments including Roy Yamaguchi restaurants and Emeril Lagasse's properties. Her approach to leadership centers on treating her team with the same care as her guests, ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and appreciated. Faith attributes her professional success to her upbringing in Hawaii, where the aloha spirit and her family's emphasis on cooking and hospitality shaped her values, as well as the guidance of mentors in Las Vegas who taught her to lead by example and never ask her team to do anything she would not do herself. Outside of her role, she aspires to rescue animals and maintains a strong focus on work-life balance.
