Her Story
About Faith
I began my career transition while pursuing my master's, moving from retail buying at Truett to fraud prevention at Macy's in 2014. My interest grew into analytics and problem solving, leading me to roles at Lyft and now leading multiple teams at the bank focused on employee success through training, content, and quality feedback. I take pride in consistently stepping into newly created roles and building them into recognized opportunities through problem-solving.

Ten minutes with Faith
01What do you attribute your success to?
Working hard and being consistent has been key for me. I focus on showing up prepared and ready when opportunities arise. My husband often reminds me to be the right person at the right time by always preparing for the next step even before it appears.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My husband always says you have to be the right person at the right time. So always be prepared for the next step even if you cannot see it yet. I was ready for my current role a year before it existed.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be innovative and never settle for one solution to a problem. Stay curious, build relationships, create your professional brand, and make your work visible so others recognize its value.
