I would advise young women entering this industry to get comfortable with change. Embracing adaptability and staying open to new challenges is key to growing, leading, and thriving in any dynamic environment.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is training new employees. While it can be demanding at times, successfully onboarding and developing talent is incredibly rewarding and contributes to long-term team success.
