She currently serves as Guest Relations Concierge, delivering high-touch service and personalized support for residents and high-net-worth clients, while also working in live collegiate sports broadcast production for ESPN + as a Digital Graphics Engineer. Her extensive technical background includes live media production and field engineering roles, with strengths in video editing , project management, broadcasting , and fast-paced operational execution. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I wholeheartedly believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I live daily by my favorite scripture Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I attribute my success to Jesus Christ, and my loving mother who has always been the best teacher. I keep this bible verse in the forefront of my heart . This is a constant reminder that divine strength enables me to endure any circumstance or challenge with the help of Jesus Christ. I am blessed and highly favored by God.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges : Lack of support for working Mothers within organizations.
Sexism: Male dominated industry : lack of respect : OTJ
Opportunities: Create your own by thinking outside of the box and do plenty of research.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My amazing supportive Family!
Spending as much quality time as possible with my biggest fans . Finding the perfect balance to be a working professional and a great mother. My two beautiful blessings Ani 8 & Tuzen 6 , are so incredibly important to me. I love being a mother ! I also have a great supportive family backing me. My mother Fannie Maddox and my four brothers are truly the best. I never have to worry about my children being properly cared for while I am off site. My childrens wellbeing is the number one priority. My family has always been there for me . I can always count on them! My children have the best uncles and grandparents.
