Her Interview

Ten minutes with Farida

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to God, first and foremost. And number two, my people, the people that I network with, particularly my mom, right? My mom is my biggest inspiration, my mom, and the friendships and connections I have built over the years.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Prioritize yourself. Focus on you. Focus on your image first of all, see you and perceive you before they relate with you. Confidence is attractive, confidence is a perception, and confidence is magnetic. Focus on yourself, because no one's coming to save you.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Consistency will get you where talent will get you to. Consistency is a platform for any successful person. Honesty. Hard work. Work smart, and you must be very strategic.
