My faith, which has been both an anchor and a guiding light.

The importance of continuous learning and having a growth mindset. There is always more to learn and that we can add to our experience.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't feel restricted to a specific lane. It can take time to discover the exact arena you'd like to work in. I myself, am still exploring this.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The current job market is unlike one we've ever seen as artificial intelligence becomes more prevalent. It's important that we equip ourselves with the skills to use these tools to stay ahead of the curve.
