01What do you attribute your success to?

My success is rooted in resilience and curiosity and shaped by incredible mentors who took the time to show me the blueprint for leadership, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the best careers advise that I received early on is related to work ethics and paying attention to details. the advice was to pay attention to details because mistakes draw widespread criticism (7 people talking), while successes are often overlooked or praised by only a few (1 person).

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be curious, and adaptable. It is not the strongest or most intelligent that survive, it is the ones most adaptable to change!

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Geopolitical macro-economic factors such as the instability in tariff policies and outlook and the impact it will have on onshoring efforts.
