Fay Spence
Fay Spence is a dedicated legal professional serving as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Virginia. Fay earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Criminal Justice and Safety Studies from Walden University, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
