I advise young women to obtain relevant certifications for the roles they aspire to. Credentials like the PMP not only demonstrate seriousness and expertise but also build confidence and visibility in the field.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A major challenge is the growing presence of AI in the workplace, which requires professionals to understand its impact while maintaining their individual voice and perspective. An exciting opportunity lies in the flexible and creative culture of tech work, which allows for new ways of working and innovation.
