She currently serves as Director of Development at Parkes Development Group, following leadership roles with Federal Realty Investment Trust, Ethan Conrad Properties, and Howard Group. Her expertise includes construction management, tenant coordination, contract management, budgeting, project planning, and development operations. She has managed complex projects involving general contractors, architects, engineers, tenants, and vendors across retail, mixed-use, office, and development environments. She holds a BA in Radio-TV with a focus on Marketing and PR from Columbia College Chicago.
