Felicia Bechtel

Felicia Bechtel is the founder of Spotless Organization, a professional home organizing company serving the New York City metro area and beyond. A former sports marketing executive with the NFL and WWE, Felicia pivoted careers after raising her 3 children and discovering how deep organization could impact not just the home, but mental well-being. With close to seven years of experience, she and her growing team now help clients create orderly, clutter-free spaces that support happier, calmer lifestyles. Spotless Organization has grown from a solo operation into a recognized brand, honored as a finalist in Best of Bergen and known for its in-home partnership with The Container Store. She has since parted with The Container Store to take her organization to the “next level” which will be shared in the coming months.
In a recent interview with Influential Womens Magazine, Felicia shared her journey of transformation — from managing grassroots initiatives in international sports marketing to becoming a sought-after professional organizer and business owner. She reflected on the personal growth that came from navigating divorce, career pivots, and raising three children (including two 22-year-olds and a 24-year-old), while also running marathons to raise over $140,000 for cancer research. Her interview with Heidi from the magazine spotlighted her resilience and the importance of embracing change with grace. Felicia also spoke about mentoring future generations, including supporting one of her 3 daughters who is blending studies in art, Japanese, and medicine, her other daughter is following her passion in law and her son is focusing on a career in computer science.
Felicia's personal mantra, “Never Quit”, isn’t just printed on her license plate — it’s a mindset that has shaped her life and work. Spotless Organization began with a simple idea: that when your environment is peaceful and functional, every part of your life improves. Whether helping clients downsize, move, or simply regain control of their spaces, Felicia and her team offer customized, sustainable solutions with empathy and expertise. Beyond her professional work, she stays active in community service through local organizations like Upper Saddle River Cares and the Jewish Community Organization, living out her belief that real impact starts close to home.
Much of her recent success stems from her network group LETIP Of Paramus which she has been a member of for 2 years. Her face lit up as she spoke about the group and how it significantly helped to grow her business.
Felicia also has an intense workout regine and travels 35 minutes to work out at Live With Lloyd’s fitness facility In Montclair NJ. People ask her frequently why she travels such a distance and her answer was when you know the best why mess with the rest.
