Felicia M. Blasberg is a seasoned Consumer Products and Technology professional with over 20 years of experience shaping talent strategies, strengthening organizational cultures, and building future-ready workforces. Her career spans agency recruiting, corporate talent management, and leadership roles across multiple industries, each marked by impact, versatility, and a deep commitment to empowering others. Felicia’s expertise lies in driving programs that enhance employee development, foster engagement, and strengthen organizational performance.
Felicia spent 17 successful years at Samsung, where she led enterprise-wide talent management, workforce development, and organizational readiness initiatives. She directed programs across talent acquisition, learning and development, DEI, succession planning, and employee engagement, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and building high-performing, diverse teams. Felicia’s strategic approach and results-driven leadership earned her recognition including the 2011 CEO Award of Excellence and contributions to Samsung’s Empower Women Award initiatives.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Felicia has taught writing and literature as an adjunct professor, sharing her passion for communication and critical thinking with undergraduate students. Outside of work, she is dedicated to community service, volunteering with Peace 4 Paws to support dog adoption and animal welfare. Felicia enjoys staying active, exploring culinary experiences as a self-proclaimed foodie, and spending time with her two daughters and extended family. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the breadth of experience I’ve cultivated across multiple industries and roles. Each position I’ve held—from agency recruiting to corporate talent management—has provided opportunities to learn, adapt, and drive programs that strengthen organizational culture and support employee development. Embracing challenges, staying curious, and committing to continuous growth have been central to my career journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
As a woman who has built a career in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I would encourage young women to embrace resilience, curiosity, and confidence. Your voice matters, and approaching challenges with determination and a willingness to learn will open doors to opportunities you might not yet see.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I deeply value empowering others, building inclusive and high-performing cultures, and fostering professional growth. Outside of work, I prioritize family, community engagement, and personal wellness. Volunteering with Peace 4 Paws, staying active, exploring local culinary experiences, and spending time with my daughters and extended family are all ways I maintain balance and fulfillment in my life.
