Felicia M. Blasberg is a seasoned global HR executive with over 20 years of experience shaping talent strategies, strengthening organizational cultures, and building future-ready workforces in the Consumer Products and Technology industry. Her career spans agency recruiting, corporate talent management, and leadership roles, each marked by impact, versatility, and a deep commitment to empowering others. Felicia’s expertise lies in driving programs that enhance employee development, foster engagement, and strengthen organizational performance. Felicia spent 17 successful years at Samsung Electronics America, Inc., where she led enterprise-wide talent management, workforce development, and organizational readiness initiatives. She directed programs across talent acquisition, learning and development, DEI, succession planning, and employee engagement, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and building high-performing, diverse teams. Felicia’s strategic approach and results-driven leadership earned her recognition including the 2011 CEO Award of Excellence and contributions to Samsung’s Empower Women Award initiatives. In addition to her corporate achievements, Felicia has taught writing and literature as an adjunct professor, sharing her passion for communication and critical thinking with undergraduate students. Outside of work, she is dedicated to community service, volunteering with Peace4Paws to support dog adoption and animal welfare. Felicia enjoys staying active, exploring culinary experiences as a self-proclaimed foodie, and spending time with her two daughters and husband. What do you attribute your success to?
My success stems from the diverse experiences I’ve built across industries and roles. From agency recruiting to corporate talent management, each position has sharpened my ability to learn quickly, adapt effectively, and design programs that elevate culture and employee growth. Curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to continuous development have been the hallmarks of my career journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Having built a career in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I encourage young women to lead with resilience, curiosity, and confidence. Your voice has power, and meeting challenges with determination and a learning mindset will unlock opportunities you may not yet imagine.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I deeply value empowering others, building inclusive and high-performing cultures, and fostering professional growth. Outside of work, I prioritize family, community engagement, and personal wellness. Volunteering with Peace4Paws, staying active, exploring local culinary experiences, and spending time with my daughters and my husband are all ways I maintain balance and fulfillment in my life.
