What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my parents, who have always been my greatest source of strength and support. From a young age, they instilled in me the importance of education and reminded me that knowledge is a foundation no one can ever take away. Their sacrifices, encouragement, and belief in my potential taught me resilience, discipline, and perseverance, which have shaped not only my career but also the way I approach challenges and opportunities. Everything I have accomplished in real estate, including establishing my own brokerage, is a reflection of the values they instilled in me, and I carry their lessons with me in every step of my journey.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Every level will require a different you. Don’t alter the foundation.”
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the real estate industry is to understand that this career goes far beyond just selling and listing homes. As a realtor, you wear many hats—you are often an advisor, a problem-solver, and even an emotional support system for clients during one of the most important decisions of their lives. Success in this field requires discipline, patience, and the ability to balance professionalism with compassion. If you approach the business with integrity, dedication, and a true commitment to serving others, you will not only thrive but also find fulfillment in making a lasting difference in people’s lives.
