About Felicia
Felicia Jeffries serves as Director of Moore Financial Services and its top consultant, a position she has held since 2017. She incorporated the company in 2016 after working as a paralegal, having earned her degree from Richard College. Her expertise centers on commercial credit, business funding, credit repair, and building, areas she developed through hands-on experience in law firms and targeted training. Jeffries is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. She has received recognition as Woman Entrepreneur International in 2022 and earned first place for her art displayed at the Patton Museum and Gallery. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers with the Dallas Arts District and teaches the Bible. Jeffries attributes her drive to her faith, which she cites as the foundation for all achievements, and she values urgency, integrity, loyalty, excellent work, knowledge, and contagious leadership in both her professional and personal life.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My drive comes from my faith in the Bible which says He gives us the power to get wealth. Without Him nothing is possible.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have faith. Be around people who are successful at what they do. Don't associate with people who are not where you want to be. Be willing to put down the remote and pick up a book. Pay attention to who you partner with romantically. Have a spiritual routine and solid spiritual foundation.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is business owners have a hard time getting funding and don't know what they don't know about the banking system. The opportunity is to help many business owners obtain the funding they need for growth.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value urgency, integrity, and loyalty. I believe in doing excellent work, having knowledge, and being a contagious leader.
