Felicia Manocchio

Felicia Manocchio serves as Regional Property Manager with Legacy Residential in Miami, Florida. In this capacity, she oversees eight properties and more than 1,600 units, with additional properties expected to expand her portfolio closer to 2,000 units by year's end. Manocchio holds a real estate license for the past 12 to 14 years. She is fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, and Arabic, skills she credits with helping her communicate effectively with a diverse range of residents. She earned her degree from the University of Buffalo, where she studied Spanish and Italian. Her professional experience includes prior roles with the Dermot Company, based in New York City, and Crown and Bainbridge. Manocchio is a member of the Realtors of the Palm Beaches. Property management is a field she entered naturally, having been born into a family that owned and managed properties in upstate New York.
