Her Story
About Felicia
Felicia brings passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in everything she does. Although she is no longer working in the medical profession, she is just as passionate about providing power to communities as she was about saving lives as an Emergency Medical Technician.
While she may no longer care for patients on a daily basis, she remains part of a profession that serves as a vital power source for helping people accomplish their goals, pursue their dreams, and navigate their daily lives. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to provide clarity, support, and solutions that help individuals and families move forward with confidence.
As an EMT, Felicia directly saved lives through medical intervention and emergency response. Today, she continues to make a meaningful impact through her work at AES Indiana. The calls she takes each day contribute to restoring service, reporting hazards, and addressing concerns that can directly affect the safety and well-being of the community. In many ways, the work remains life-changing, as reliable electricity is essential to homes, schools, businesses, and healthcare facilities.
Felicia takes pride in being part of an organization that does more than provide a utility service. AES Indiana supplies the power that helps communities thrive. Electricity powers hospitals where medical professionals save lives, supports businesses that create opportunities, and enables families to live, learn, and connect. It is the force that helps turn ideas into reality and dreams into achievements.
For Felicia, the mission is simple: whether serving as an EMT or supporting customers in the utility industry, her purpose has always been to help others. She is proud to be part of a company that keeps communities powered, connected, and shining bright
