Felicia Soto

Felicia Soto is a dedicated LPN in San Antonio, Texas, who entered the nursing profession in 2015. Her career has encompassed long-term care for elderly and geriatric patients including those in hospice, travel nursing as part of the corporate training team for CSL where she trained nurses and doctors across multiple states and contributed to quality assurance by revising work instructions and supporting vaccine and immunization programs, remote prior authorization review for CVS during the pandemic where she again joined quality efforts to improve processes and maintained perfect quality scores for over a year, and current private duty nursing focused on cardiac pediatric patients as well as immunocompromised children requiring IVIG infusions, G-tube care, and trach management. A full-time student at San Antonio College in a bridge program to the University of Texas at San Antonio, she is on track to complete her bachelor's degree in nursing and become a registered nurse within the next year. Her academic achievements include the President's List, Dean's List, and nominations to the National Honor Society at both San Antonio College and St. Philip's College. Throughout her journey, Felicia has demonstrated a passion for patient advocacy and process improvement, consistently seeking ways to enhance care delivery and support her colleagues while balancing her roles as a nurse, student, and mother.
