About Felicia
Felicia Tidd serves as an Industrial Hydraulic Salesperson in Hurricane, West Virginia. She entered the field in January after seven and a half years selling industrial motors, building on earlier experience in parts counter work, inside sales for safety and fire suppression companies, and tooling up tool cribs. Tidd never attended college or trade school yet has succeeded through hands-on learning and client focus, including landing a six million dollar re-engineering project. She received the Honey Badger Award multiple times and credits her drive to growing up hard, farm life self-discipline, and bodybuilding, where she became a nationally qualified bikini competitor. Tidd volunteers with 30 for 30, Shoes for the Kids, and sponsors athletes at her gym while raising four children.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to listening to people and paying attention to details. Growing up hard gave me a chip on my shoulder and the drive to create a better life. I learned self-discipline from farm life and bodybuilding, and I always knew I could gamble on myself.
