Felicitys Privitera serves as a CPA-centric sales associate at Paychex. In this role, she develops relationships with certified public accountants in the area who refer small businesses for payroll and HR services, helping clients realize the benefits through dedicated support. She graduated in May with a bachelor's degree in communications from Grove City College after studying there for three years, following a gap year program. Earlier in her career path, she pursued sports broadcasting through multiple internships with minor league baseball stadiums, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Pittsburgh Penguins, where she engaged in live television work before pivoting to sales upon discovering her passion for working with people and solving problems. She attributes her professional foundation to her family, who instilled strong character, work ethic, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication skills from a young age, along with Christian values that prioritize family and meaningful connections.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Felicitys

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family in the background. I was raised by very strong parents who instilled character and the virtue of having character at a very young age. Working hard, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication skills from a really young age have paid off in the professional world. The home life and the way they instilled Christianity into my household prioritizing the right things set the foundation.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I'm a Christian so that's first. Family comes first even before jobs. Keeping everybody emotionally connected and feeling like they have family is the most important thing. Working hard every day, networking, work ethic, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills are key values.
